The innovative air respirator with
patented silencer and air filter

There three models of KD-510 air respirator: painting, grinding, and shot. All the three models have patented viewing part, silencer, and air filter. The former air respirator used glass or acrylic for the face part. To secure the clear view while working, workers had to put 3 or 4 panels of glass. That made workers waste more time, consume more consumables and waste, feel more fatigue because of the heavy weight, and break the glass, which lowered the efficiency and threatened the workers’ health.

In contrast, KD-510 air respirator is attached with P.C. lens and a special, durable film layer on the face part, and the film can be transferred from left to right. The film layer, exposed to contamination and shock directly, can be transferred by turning the RACEK lever on the lower-left of the face part in order to secure the clear, new view. The film is rolled; one roll has 24 CUTs (painting) and 12 CUTs (grinding/shot) to secure the clear view.

In addition, with domestically and internationally patented silencer on, the noise caused by high-pressure air flowing from the compressor is reduced, which prevents headaches, ringings in ears and decrease of hearing. This guarantees safe and neat work environment by increasing awareness of potential dangers and the ability to react. In case of the flow control valve, the minimum amount of air for breathing keeps flowing when it is closed by mistakes. The air filter makes the inner air clean by filtering the invisible dust.
