P-VENT SYSTEM is a patented natural ventilation system from EWEST, the safety footwear brand of KYOUNGDO. It is the world's only two-way air ventilation system that allows to get in fresh air from the outside of the shoes to enter the inside of the shoes that hot and humid air is going out to the outside, significantly reducing humidity and foot sweating. The lattice structure of independent cells that enable absorbs pressure on the foot for super comfort and minimized impact.

This research was carried out by a joint research team consisting of the professors and the researchers in POSTECH*1, ROKAFA and KNU for 9years. The team examined the humidity changes, perspiration amount, temperature, muscle load, tiredness and subjective sensation with two groups one in EWEST safety shoes and the other in general safety shoes. The findings of the research were presented and the Korean Fashion Industry Conference 2013 and received the "Best Paper Award".
